In order to impersonate your child's account, you will need to have created a guardian profile. Please follow this article if you have not set up your guardian account.
Once you have logged in and/or created your new account, you will be navigated to your Guardian Portal. There you will see the Participants that have invited you as their guardian to help them fundraise.
1. Click ‘Help Fundraise’ under their profile photo to impersonate their experience.
2. When impersonating the participant, you will act on their behalf in the Participant Experience. That means you will have full capabilities to add, delete, or edit contact information for potential donors and sizes for their Gift Shop and/or optional Rewards (not all campaigns have these features).
3. To end impersonation, you will click the avatar menu in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘End Impersonation’.
4. By clicking ‘End Impersonation’ you will be routed back to the Guardian Portal.
Viewing Multiple Participants
1. If you are invited by multiple participants, you will select to impersonate in the Guardian Portal, one-by-one, to assist them in their fundraising efforts.
2. We currently DO NOT support shared contacts between Participants.
