How to Join the Rewards Program
The Rewards Program allows fans and students to earn points by checking into games and events. Points can be redeemed for free gear, prizes, and special offers.
You can join the Rewards Program either when creating your account or after signing in to an existing account.
Join Rewards When Creating a New Account
If you do not already have an account, you can enroll in Rewards during the sign-up process.
- Open the app and tap Create Account.
- Enter the required information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Password
- Turn on the “Opt-in to Rewards!” toggle.
- If you are a student, turn on the toggle for
“I am a student currently enrolled at “X” School.” - Tap Create Account.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email or mobile number to complete account setup.
Once your account is created and verified, you will be enrolled in the Rewards Program.
Join Rewards With an Existing Account
If you already have an account, you can join Rewards at any time.
- Open the app and sign in using your email and password.
- If prompted, complete the verification step using the code sent to your email or phone.
- If this is your first time logging into the app, you’ll be prompted to choose your school affiliation and notification preferences.
- Tap Rewards from the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap Opt-In.
- If you are a student, click confirm when prompted “I am a student currently enrolled at “X” School.”
- Add a username to your Rewards profile
- If prompted, please select the appropriate Membership Group you are associated with (note: not all schools have membership groups enabled)
You will then be enrolled in the Rewards Program.
Important Eligibility Notes
Some schools restrict Rewards access to verified students only.
You may see the following message if your account does not meet the eligibility requirements:
"Not eligible for MyRewards. Please login with an eligible user account or update your Profile email."
This can happen if:
- The school requires a specific school email suffix (for example, @royaloakschools.org)
- Your profile email does not match the required suffix
- You did not enable the “I am a student currently enrolled” toggle
- Your account has not been verified as a student
If this happens, update your profile email to your school email address and ensure the student toggle is enabled, then try joining Rewards again.
