Control Panel - How to Make an Announcement

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Log into Control Panel
  2. Create announcements for your guardians/parents and fans to read. Announcements will be posted live on your website! 
  3. Click the Website tab on the left-side navigation menu
  4. Click the blue Add New Announcement at the top right corner of the page
  5. Select the Start and End Date of your announcement
  6. In the Sport/Activity drop-down select the sport/activity page you would like your announcement to post to. If you want your announcement to only be visible on the home page of your website leave the sport/activity box on 'select sport'. 
  7. Check the Show on Front Page box if you want your announcement to appear on the homepage of your website
  8. Add the title of your announcement in the Title box
  9. Type your Announcement in the Announcement box
  10. Click the blue Save button
  11. Your AD or administrator of Control Panel will need to approve your announcement
