How to Upload Schedules in AD Assist
All admin users will have the ability to upload schedules using an Excel file.
Step 1: Go to the Events tab and then click Upload from the top options followed by Schedule Upload.
Step 2: Click on the blue Download Sample Schedule (Excel) and use the template to create or copy and paste the schedule. Make sure to follow all instructions at the top of the template. When finished click Choose File to load and then click the blue Upload button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: If a new sport or opponent is added after your first upload, click on the upload options to create them by opponent or season whichever you need to add.
Step 5: Once Upload is clicked, the file and the import will start. Note: If a file returns an error, the user will see the issue outlined on the log section
Step 6: Once successfully uploaded the system will notify to the user the upload validation.
Step 7: Confirm in Season Details that the events were uploaded.
