I purchased a gift for a participant – when will it arrive?

Surprise gift purchases made through our OTK, or Outfit the Kid, program during your donation process typically arrive anywhere from 3-6 weeks after the close of the campaign they were purchased through. 

Group leaders will receive an automatic confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the team’s package leaves our warehouse, and will be responsible for the distribution of these items once they have been delivered.

If you filled out shipping information, you have purchased OTF or Outfit the Fan gear from the team's store. This gear will ship directly to you. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the items have shipped.
