When will my gift purchase arrive?

Gift purchases made during your donation process are shipped within four weeks after the close of the campaign. These gifts will be shipped directly to the group!
Group leaders will receive an automatic confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the team’s package leaves the warehouse, and will be responsible for the distribution of these items once they have been delivered.
If your participant has not received their item four weeks after the close date of the fundraiser please reach out to us at support@snapraise.com, and we will be happy to look into the status for you!
