Inviting and Managing Additional Group Leaders
1. Invite Additional Group Leaders
The primary group leader can now invite other trusted individuals to assist in managing the fundraiser. These invited leaders can:

Support outreach efforts

Help monitor progress
-
View assigned rosters (with permissions applied)
You can invite additional leaders via email directly from the platform.
2. New “Crew” Management Screen
Access the new Crew section to manage team members more effectively. This screen includes two tabs:

Joined:
Displays the primary group leader and any group leaders who have accepted their invites. -
Pending Invites:
Tracks any invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted.
This makes it easy to follow up and ensure your team is fully assembled.
3. Leader-Level Tracking
For each group leader (primary and invited), you can now see:

Email activity
-
SMS outreach
-
Amount raised
This transparency helps identify who’s contributing what and where additional support may be needed.
4. Roster Permissions
Primary group leaders can now limit visibility so that additional group leaders only see the groups they’re responsible for. This keeps information relevant and protects participant data.
💡 How to Invite a Group Leader

Go to the Crew section of your fundraiser.

Click Invite Group Leader.

Enter their email address.

(Optional) Set permission to limit their view to only assigned groups.

Send the invite!
They’ll receive an email with steps to join and start supporting the fundraiser.
