Inviting Staff to Your Snap! Platform and Granting Product Access
Org Admins can now invite staff directly to the Snap! platform and assign the appropriate access to Snap! products—all in one step.
This streamlined workflow ensures that your team can get up and running quickly with the tools they need: fundraising, messaging, store management, and more.
🛠 How It Works
First, your organization's or school's Admin must log in to their account.
This can be done by clicking the menu in the upper-right corner and selecting Snap! Home.
Here, you can invite new users by navigating to the Organization Settings section of your Snap! Dashboard.
From there, select Snap! Mobile Users. Click the blue button that says Invite.
You’ll be prompted to enter the following Contact Details:
- Email Address
- Title
- Organization
Next, you will define what they can manage on the platform and choose which products they have access to.
Product AccessChoose which products the invited user should have access to. You’ll be able to select from the following tiers:
- For Tier 1 Admins: Just click “Send Invite” and your staff member will automatically get access to Raise, Store, Messaging, and the App Portal.
- For Tier 2 and 3 Admins: Use the toggles to grant access to your organization’s active solutions (only those currently activated will appear).
⚠️ Note: You may see different options based on your organization’s available customized products.
Permission Level
- Viewer - view only access with no ability to make changes.
- Editor - can modify content and manage day-to-day tasks.
- Admin- full access to manage all aspects and can invite users.
If there are multiple groups, you can specify access by group.
Click Send Invite.
✅ After Inviting
Once the invitation is accepted:
-
The user will appear under your Users list
-
Their access level and product permissions will be visible
-
You can edit or revoke access at any time
