Live Audio is Not Working
If you are expecting to receive live audio and are experiencing a broken or incorrect feed, please proceed to the troubleshooting steps below:

Troubleshooting
- Check the specific game page to make sure the audio source is set properly
- Source Type: In-App Streaming Data
- Includes a direct streaming URL in the URL field
- If the school has multiple audio links:
- Go to the App Resources page to utilize additional audio links
- NOTE: You will need to refresh the app if you change an audio link
If In-App Streaming Data continues to be an issue, please try an external audio link for the game:
- Go to the game’s audio source
- Source Type: Link to an external player
- Include the host URL in the field
If the issue still persists, please submit a ticket to FanX Support via fanx.support@snapraise.com or reach out to your Account Manager.
