Live Audio is Not Working

If you are expecting to receive live audio and are experiencing a broken or incorrect feed, please proceed to the troubleshooting steps below:

Troubleshooting

  1. Check the specific game page to make sure the audio source is set properly
    • Source Type: In-App Streaming Data
    • Includes a direct streaming URL in the URL field
  2. If the school has multiple audio links:
    • Go to the App Resources page to utilize additional audio links
    • NOTE: You will need to refresh the app if you change an audio link 

If In-App Streaming Data continues to be an issue, please try an external audio link for the game:

  1. Go to the game’s audio source
  2. Source Type: Link to an external player
  3. Include the host URL in the field
