Urgent announcements are a great way to share last minute game day changes due to weather. Many schools also use urgent announcements to announce camp registrations or tryout information. Urgent announcements appear in a pop up as soon as a visitor visits your website.

An urgent announcement will appear on your website as a popup box when your visitors first visit your website.
Urgent announcements are great to use when there are last minute game cancelations!
Step by step instructions
- Log in to Control Panel
- Click Website in the left hand navigation
- Click Announcements
- Checkmark the urgent box to create your urgent announcement.
- New options will then appear for urgent announcements. This section is called Show Urgent Announcement Until
- Select the start date and end time for your urgent announcement.
- Then click approved and save.
- Add a title for your announcement.
- Type your announcement. Hint: It works just like a Word document.
- Check Approved in the bottom left corner then click Save.
