In this article, we will review the various features of your Insights Homepage.
You will want to select the specific organization you would like to see data from. This could be information for an entire district or perhaps just the booster club within a high school.
You will then be brought to the overview page of the organization and the fundraiser they have run.
This dashboard displays all programs within the organization along with their total lifetime funds raised. It also features the average donation across all fundraisers run by the organization.
Below the lifetime total and average donation, you'll find the number of active fundraisers open for donations. This section shows their current fundraising progress and participant count. Additionally, closed campaigns and their final fundraising totals are listed.
Upcoming fundraisers are also visible, along with a forecasted fundraising amount. Participant sign-ins after receiving invitations are tracked as well.
On the right-hand side, you will see your action center, where you can send Pre-Approvals. If you would like more information on how to send Pre-Approvals, please click here.
You will also be able to view a donation map. This map will show where most of your donations come from across the US. The larger the circle, the more donations have come from that area. You will also be able to see the exact zip code these donations come from and the dollar amount raised in that zip code.
On the right-hand side, there will be two shortcuts: one goes to your settlement reporting page and also the donor reporting page. For more information on these features, click here.
Under the "Analytics" portion you will have two graphs you can view. One will show a year-over-year comparison of the total dollars raised. This will be broken down by month and total dollars raised within the month and two separate lines for each, making the data very easy to read.
Under the "Breakdown" tab, you'll find data detailing the sources of your donations. Presented as a bar graph, it illustrates the various channels through which your fundraisers are shared, providing insights to optimize fundraising efforts.
Below, you'll find the campaign list displaying Upcoming, Active, and Closed campaigns, along with their respective fundraising amounts. This section also allows access to individual fundraiser pages.
If you click the arrow or the fundraiser's name, a sidebar will appear. This sidebar offers additional details and actions for the fundraiser. You can message the group leader, see the percentage of the goal achieved, campaign dates, and average donation.
Three quick options are available: downloading a participant report, obtaining the final receipt, and accessing the group leader dashboard for fundraiser administration.
