Navigating the Reports Tab
This article reviews how to navigate the Reports tab that is located on the Group Leaders dashboard.
The Reports tab offers valuable insights to help group leaders gain a deeper understanding of the funds raised throughout their campaign.
Overview-
The overview tab provides a high-level snapshot of fundraiser stats including average donation, average raised per participant, emails and texts sent (or preloaded on upcoming status), and dollars raised per week.
Group leaders can also download the full report from this tab which will appear as a CSV.
Additionally, Group Leaders can now customize the downloaded report by filtering the date range and group (if applicable). This is beneficial for customers who want to look at data for specific days/weeks of the campaign if they are comparing it to a previous year’s performance or running a contest for their participants.
Donations-
The Donations tab provides a breakdown of the source of donation along with a list of the donors and who the recipient was.
Please note, "other" indicates donations that came from donor-shared links, QR codes, direct page visits, and manually entered offline donations.
Purchases-
If your campaign is running with Gift purchases, the Purchases tab will show a list of donor purchases that have been made throughout the campaign along with the additional funds the group will receive from the purchases- keep in mind that the group receives 10% of each purchase made!
This section will also update with the gears tracking information once the order has shipped at the end of the campaign.
Settlements-
The Settlements tab displays a list of all payouts that the fundraiser has received. Group Leaders can see the dates, amounts, and statuses for direct deposit and checks issued. When the campaign is closed, they can also access their final receipt from this page.
