Introducing the New FanX Portal
We're excited to introduce a refreshed FanX Portal experience designed to help you work faster, navigate more easily, and manage your organization with greater efficiency.
Starting on July 28, 2026, you'll notice a redesigned dashboard featuring improved navigation, enhanced search capabilities, and streamlined tools to help you complete everyday tasks with fewer clicks.

A Simpler Navigation Experience
To create a more intuitive experience, the main navigation menu has moved to the left-hand side of the portal. The updated layout groups related features together and makes it easier to access the tools you use most.
Find What You Need Faster
New search functionality and quick actions are now available directly from your dashboard, making it easier to locate key features and complete common tasks from one place.
App Content, All in One Place
We've combined app-building and fan engagement tools into a new App Content section. Features previously located across the Sports and Operations menus can now be found in one centralized location, helping you manage your content more efficiently.
Improved Notification Management
The enhanced Notifications experience gives you greater visibility and control over your communications. You can now:
- View scheduled and previously sent notifications in one place.
- Duplicate existing notifications with a single click.
- Easily manage and track your messaging history.
Streamlined Administrative Tools
The Operations section has been reorganized to bring important administrative functions together, including:
- Data imports
- Audit logs
- User feedback
Additional Enhancements
In addition to these updates, you'll notice improvements throughout the portal, including:
- More intuitive editing capabilities
- Improved data management tools
