Notifications Not Sending or Being Received
If you are receiving a notification error or suspect users are not receiving the notification you sent, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Make sure user have notifications enabled in your app and phone settings - DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOOK? CLICK HERE
Try resending notification
If still not sending, check how many segments you’ve included and try and reduce – too many segments can cause errors occasionally
If still not sending after that, there may an outage, try again later (check the notification error message on the Notifications tab)
If the issue still persists, please submit a ticket to FanX Support via fanx.support@snapraise.com or reach out to your Account Manager.
