Pre-Onboarding | Application Submission & Approval

We're excited that you have chosen to utilize Snap! Spend as your program's banking platform. Before we can dive into the platform, we will need you (as the Program Admin) to submit an application to our banking partner.

📧 The application link will be emailed to you by your Snap! Mobile Sales Rep. Please check your spam/junk folders if you haven't received it! 

Application Approval 


Approved ✅
The initial application will only require you to enter an EIN for verification—no business documents will be needed unless our banking partner is having trouble approving the application. If no additional documentation is required, you will receive immediate notification that your organization has been approved! 


Awaiting Documents ⏰
In the case that our banking partner is having trouble verifying your organization, they might need us to upload additional documents after the initial application has been submitted. 

Depending on your organization, you may need one of these documents to verify your business. Your onboarding manager will be in touch to collect those documents and facilitate the upload process on your behalf.

📆 Book your kick off meeting! Your Sales Rep will provide you with a link after the contract is signed to book an initial call with your Onboarding Manager.
