Schedules Published In Manage But Not Showing On FanX App

If you have published your schedules in AD Assist and already created your teams in FanX but they are not appearing on your FanX app it is possible that the Data Provider field was left blank on the FanX portal. 

To resolve this login to your FanX portal HERE.

1. Navigate to 'Teams'

2. Scroll down to 'Data Provider'



3. Select the team you want schedules to appear for


4. Scroll down and select 'save'


5. It can take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours for the schedules to appear in the app following this update. If you are still having issues please contact support at fanx.support@snapraise.com
