Snap! Manage allows for 3rd party facility integration with Master Library and FMX
FMX Integration
- To start your FMX integration, log in to AD Assist and go to your Preference section under Maintenance.
- Scroll down to Third Party Facility Integration Settings and select FMX from the drop down
- Once selected enter your FMX credentials in the FMX Settings section
- To save, just click on UPDATE and all changes will be saved.
Note: If changes are saved from ML to FMX, all previous data will be lost and can’t be recovered, so make sure that you save your new credentials until you are 100% ready to move from one service to the other.
- Once all changes are saved, you can assign the Third Party facility space under Maintenance > Facilities > Edit Facility > Third Party Facility
- Once all facilities have their respective third party facility assignment, you can start creating/editing events. A new event gets synced immediately, while on edit or deletions the syncing time takes 5-10 min to reflect the changes.
Master Library Integration

- To save, just click on UPDATE and all changes will be saved.
