Store Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase! In the unlikely event that your item is unsatisfactory, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy located below.

 

 

Order Cancellations

As soon as your order is placed, we begin the process of making your items. Due to this process, we are unable to guarantee the cancellation of any orders. Please contact us at support@snap.store as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed. 

 

Refunds & Exchanges

All items are made to order, and for that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name, or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. In the event items are missing or not 100% defect-free, a refund or replacement must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date.


Defective or Incorrect Product

In the instance that you receive your order, and it is incorrect or in any way defective, please contact support@snap.store with pictures of your products within 60 days of delivery so that we can make it right!

 

Sizing Issue

If you have been sent the incorrect size, please provide a photo of the size tag so our team can get you the correct size!

If you believe your item may be defective in sizing, please refer to the size chart located next to sizes in the store and send photos of any measurements that do not match. Our team will review the information and follow up with a resolution! If you need the size chart, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide it for you!
