Sponsors may request refunds within 48 hours of making their purchase and prior to the fundraiser closing.
Please note that after 48 hours from the purchase time, we are unable to process refund requests.
Additionally, all requests must be submitted directly by the sponsor, as we are unable to process requests on behalf of another party.
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to return to your account
