The first step in the Manage onboarding process is to complete our Manage Welcome Form. In this form, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Organizational Information:
- Name of Organization
- Organization Phone Number
- Organization Address
- Organization Type (High School, Middle School, Junior High, etc.)
- Enrollment Size - Total Approximate Enrollment
- Mascot Name
- Primary & Secondary Colors
- OPTIONAL - Conference Name
- OPTIONAL - High School Athletic Association Name
- Sports & Activities Teams:
- Name
- Gender
- Specified Levels
- Facility Information:
- Name
- Location (Outdoor, Indoor, Off-Site)
- OPTIONAL - Capacity
- OPTIONAL - Average Attendance
- Team Home Venue Assignments - NEEDED FOR FANX BUNDLES
- Add & Edit Admin Access - NOT FOR COACHES
- Schedules
- rSchool, ScheduleStar, Digital Sports Credentials
- Upload Your Schedules - CAN SKIP IN WELCOME FORM
