The first step in the Manage onboarding process is to complete our Manage Welcome Form. In this form, you will be asked to provide the following information:

    • Organization Type (High School, Middle School, Junior High, etc.)
    • Enrollment Size - Total Approximate Enrollment
    • Mascot Name
    • Primary & Secondary Colors
    • OPTIONAL - Conference Name
    • OPTIONAL - High School Athletic Association Name
  • Sports & Activities Teams:
    • Name
    • Gender
    • Specified Levels
  • Facility Information:
    • Name
    • Location (Outdoor, Indoor, Off-Site)
    • OPTIONAL - Capacity
    • OPTIONAL - Average Attendance
  • Team Home Venue Assignments - NEEDED FOR FANX BUNDLES
  • Add & Edit Admin Access - NOT FOR COACHES
  • Schedules
    • rSchool, ScheduleStar, Digital Sports Credentials
    • Upload Your Schedules - CAN SKIP IN WELCOME FORM
  • SUBMIT YOUR ORGANIZATION
