Step 2: FanX Onboarding Form
Complete our FanX Onboarding Form
If you are the main point of contact for the FanX onboarding, you should have received an initial onboarding email with a FanX Onboarding Form link. Inside the form, you will be asked to upload these assets for your brand:
- Primary Logo - High Quality (Required)
- One Color Primary Logo
- Secondary Logo
- Official Brand Guidelines - Color, Font, & Logo usage
- Additional Logos/Resources
Also inside the form, we will ask you to provide some information for content inside of your future app:
- Merchandise URLs
- Ticketing URLs
- Live Streaming URLs
- Live Audio or Podcast URLs
- Fan Guide Card URLs
- Social Usernames (General & Team Specific) - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook
