Step 2: Format Your Schedules

Upon completion of Step 1: Fill Out Your Manage Welcome Form, our team will take the submitted information and begin building your Manage solutions.

Next step in our process is to compile your schedules and format them into the format that can be uploaded to AD Assist.

Step 1: Blank Schedule Template

Your Customer Success Onboarding Rep will share a blank schedule template for you to use. See screenshot below as an example.

NOTE: This template can be shared with the corresponding coaches to help fill their season schedules.

 

 

Step 2: Fill the Schedule Template for your Sport Seasons

Using the help text viewable by hovering over the column labels, please fill the template accordingly for each of your sport seasons. Pay attention to specific format requirements.

 

Step 3: Send your Completed Template(s)

Once your schedule templates are filled, please send them via email as attachments to your Onboarding Rep. Our team will take care of the actual upload of the schedules as a complementary service. That said, you will learn how to upload a schedule in your training for the upcoming years!

 

Step 4: Our Team Will Upload!

That's it! As mentioned, our team will take the upload of the schedules of your plate and make sure they are all ready to go on AD Assist. This is a courtesy provided during initial onboarding, but you will be asked to own this process year over year for upcoming seasons.
