Practices will be posted to your website and can be viewed in Calendar View and List View. Would you also like to print or view a list of your practices? Scroll down to learn how!
- Log into AD Assist.
- Click the Events tab on the left side navigation menu.
- In the Activity box select the sport/activity you are creating a schedule for.
- Select the practice date in the Event Date box.
- Enter a Start Time and End Time in the start and end time fields.
- In the Activity Type box select practice.
- Enter the practice location in the Facility box - optional *Remember to hit the enter key to save the facility.
- Click the 🔹blue Save button.
💡 Note: Are your practices on the same days and times? You can easily repeat practice days in a few short clicks rather than enter every practice day. Just click the blue link How to repeat events for other levels and dates.
View and print a LIST of your practices
- Log into AD Assist.
- Click Reports on the left hand side navigation menu.
- Click the Schedules tab on the top of the page.
- Use the From Date and To Date filed boxes to select a date range.
- In the Activity field box select Practice.
- Use the Level and Team filter boxes to select specific teams and levels. - optional
- Click the 🔹blue Apply Filter button.
- Click the 🔹blue Download link (located above the blue Apply Filer button) to view or print a copy of your practice list.
View and print a CALENDAR view of your practices
- Log into AD Assist.
- Click Reports on the left hand side navigation menu.
- Click the Event Calendar tab on the top of the page.
- Use the Team filter box to select a team you would like to view. - optional
- You can also use the Level, Group, and additional Team filter boxes to select specific teams.
- Under the 'Activities:' section make sure only Practice is checked.
- Click the 🔹blue Apply Filter button.
- Click the 🔹blue Download link (located above the blue Apply Filer button) to view or print a copy of your practice calendar.
