Requirements for Changing a Program Admin

If your Program Admin is leaving the organization, depending on your specific circumstance, there are some steps you can take to transition the owner of the account.

 

If the new Program Admin is already an admin on the account: 

Both the former Program Admin and the new one must request this change by emailing our support team at spend.support@onsnap.com with the following information: 

  • Name of former Program Admin
  • Name of new Program Admin
  • Your program/organization name

If the new Program Admin is not an admin on the account: 

If the new user is not an admin on the existing organization’s bank account, we will need one of the following documents to transition the account to the new user:

  • A notarized letter stating that the new user is the rightful owner of the club/organization. 
  • EIN documentation that includes the club name and EIN number as well as the new owner's name.

Once you've gathered the documentation, please submit it by emailing our support team at spend.support@onsnap.com


Once this has been completed, our team can move forward with changing the Program Admin.
