Step 3: Customer Success Manager Handoff

Congratulations! You've reached the end of your onboarding journey 🎉.

Once onboarding is completed, your Onboarding Manager will connect you with your Customer Success Manager. You'll receive an email introducing you to your Customer Success Manager, and they will continue to be your point of contact throughout the remainder of your time with Snap! Spend. 

 

Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will be a great resource for: 

  • Questions 
  • Resource requests
  • Additional group staff training 
  • Season rollover
