The transfer portal allows you to quickly access, manage, and review transfer student information.
Note: Transfer data (i.e. name of previous school and transfer date) is collected when the parent/guardian registers their student/athlete.
When you first log in to Registration, there is an Admin Dashboard tab. A notification number next to the tab indicates you have notifications to be reviewed, including transfer student notifications.
Transfer Email Feature
Users will receive an email every time a new registration is completed for a participant whose transfer hasn’t been approved.
Search for Student Transfers
- Select the Admin Dashboard tab.
- Select the Student Transfers tab. Note: You will see a notification counter indicating the number of pending items to review in both Registration Payments and Student Transfers.
- You will see a list of athletes registered and marked as "Transfer," as well as details about their transfer information.
- If you click the 🔹blue student's name in blue you will be taken to the Registrations screen that lists that specific student's registration information.
- If you click the 🔹blue Approve button that student's name will be flagged (see pictures below) as a transfer student in both the Registrations and Rosters screen.
Removing Transfer Label
1. Navigate to the admin dashboard > student transfers.
2. Once there you should see a red REMOVE button.
3. You will then be prompted to confirm that you would like to remove the transfer.
4. Once you confirm the removal, the transfer labels and categorization will be removed from the Registration.
Note: Once removed it can’t be undone
