Step by Step Guide to Troubleshoot Sports Schedule Updates

• First, access the 'Sports' Tab:

  • Go to the ‘Sports’ tab in your system.

• Navigate to 'Teams':

  • Click on ‘Teams’ from the menu options.

• Select the Sport:

  • Choose the sport for which you need to update the schedule.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Data Providers’ section.

• Update the Season Code:

  • Click the '+' button
    • Click the magnifying glass icon to search for codes.
  • Find and select the code for the proper upcoming season for the chosen sport.

• Remove the Old Code:

  • Delete the old season code that is no longer needed.
  • Save the changes on the page.

• Wait for Integration:

  • Allow some time for the system to process. The integration will automatically delete the old games and add the new ones.
