To help you stay on top of your conversations, Snap! Mobile now sends unread message reminder emails when you’ve had unread messages sitting for 24 hours. Here’s everything you need to know about how they work and how to manage your notification preferences.


What are unread message reminders?

If a message in any of your Snap! Mobile messaging channels remains unread for 24 hours, we’ll send you a reminder email to prompt you to check it.


Will I get a reminder for every unread message?

No — we’ve built in smart batching. Instead of sending a separate email for each unread message, you’ll receive one consolidated reminder that lists all channels with unread activity. That way, you stay informed without getting overwhelmed.


How do I manage my email notification preferences?

At the bottom of any reminder email, click “Update your preferences” to access your notification settings and adjust how and when you hear from us.
