Viewing Disputes
As a Program Admin, you can view any open Snap! Spend debit card disputes that your club has. To view your program's disputes:
1. Select the Program tab
2. Select Disputes in the navigation tabs

Here you will see a list of all disputes within your organization. This displays the reason for the dispute, the status (lost, won, under review, needs response), whether evidence has been provided, date the dispute was created, date the dispute needs to be addressed by, as well as the disputed amount.
You also are able to filter by group using the drop-down labeled Group Filter at the top of the page.

As a reminder, all disputes are handled directly by our banking partner and Visa.
