Snap! Messaging is a free and secure communication tool available to fundraiser groups using the Snap! Mobile App or custom FanX App.
Messaging allows Group Leaders, coaches, parents, participants, and invited users to communicate through channels and, where applicable, Direct Messaging.
Who Can Use Messaging?
- Group Leaders and administrators can manage Messaging and create channels based on their permissions.
- Coaches can participate in channels and use Direct Messaging to communicate with parents and participants on their applicable groups or rosters.
- Parents and participants can participate in channels and use Direct Messaging to communicate with their coaches.
- Participants cannot send Direct Messages to other participants.
Users must have an account and use the latest version of the Snap! Mobile App or their custom FanX App to access Messaging.
