When will the Group Leader receive the gear?
Rewards and gift items (OTK) are shipped directly to the fundraiser’s Group Leader 3-6 weeks after the close of the campaign. Once the package has left our warehouse, the primary Group Leader on file will receive an email with tracking information to provide insight into delivery. After delivery, the group leader is responsible for the distribution of the team’s items. All items are shipped together to the shipping address on file.
