Who can use Messaging?
Messaging is available for all group leaders and programs in the Snap! Mobile App and FanX community! There are no limits on the number of channels or members added.
When running a fundraiser with us, there is an auto-generated channel. To enable or disable this, please refer to this article.
Participants, Group Leaders, and invited users must ensure they are using the latest version of the Snap! Mobile App or their custom FanX App to utilize Messaging.
