Why Can't I See My Order in My Account History?

Do you have a Snap! Store order, that you received an order confirmation email for, but do not see it in your order history?

If you completed your purchase as a guest, without logging into your account, the order won't appear in your account history. This occurs because guest checkout orders aren't associated with any logged-in account, making them invisible when you sign in later in your order history.

No need to worry, though! Your order is still being processed and is on its way. Rest assured, it's in production and will be dispatched according to our shipping timelines.
