Why is my name not on the list of supporters?
After placing a successful donation, donors are presented with the option to add a comment/message to their contributions, which will be displayed at the bottom of the fundraiser’s page.
If you do not see your name or comment displayed on the Cheer Wall, we have a few recommendations:
- Double-check the email address used during your donation process to see if you received the automatically sent receipt released after a successful transaction. These receipts are sometimes automatically filtered into the junk/spam folders.
- Double-check with your bank to see if you have been properly charged for your contribution. If you see a charge on your statement but not on our site, reach out to our Support team for help. Our Support team can be reached at either support@snapraise.com or 206.312.5840.
