Why Isn't My Participant Listed?
What to do if your participant is not listed while trying to make a donation
If your participant is not listed on the donation drop-down, this means that the participant is not listed on the fundraiser.
IF YOU ARE A DONOR
- Please reach out to your participant to ensure they are a part of the fundraiser. If they are, please advise them to reach out to their group leader, or us, to receive their join code! Once they join through their account, a donation can be made in their name!
IF YOU ARE A PARTICIPANT OR A GUARDIAN
- You will need to add your participant through a join code on their account! Please see the article below for the next steps.
