Create And Launch Your Classroom Fundraiser

With Classroom Fundraisers, you can share the supplies your students need by connecting an Amazon Wish List directly to your campaign. Supporters can browse your list and purchase items to help your classroom succeed.

Create Your Classroom Fundraiser

1. Visit classroom.snap.app.
   • Log in or click "Create Account"
     • If you created a new account, we will need more details about your organization.
     • Please fill out this 🔗 form to affiliate your organization to your account.
2. Click Start New Fundraiser.

1. Ensure your affiliated school is accurate.
2. Enter your class name (for example, "4th Grade Classroom Supplies").
   
   
3. Click Continue.

Configure Your Fundraiser

1. Adjust the fundraiser length using the + and – buttons (minimum of 7 days).
2. Select your fundraiser start date.
   
3. Click Continue.

Customize Your Fundraiser Page

1. Upload an image for your fundraiser by selecting Browse and choosing a file from your device.
   
2. Click Message to Parents.
3. Enter a message explaining your classroom’s goals and the supplies you are fundraising for.
4. To enhance your message, click Refine with AI.
5. Review the suggested text and select Use this to apply it.
   
6. Click Continue.

Add Your Amazon Wish List

Before continuing, you'll need an Amazon Wish List containing the items you'd like to receive for your classroom.

• Create or manage an Amazon Wish List by following these 🔗 steps. 

• Copy your Wish List link.

Link Your Wish List to Your Fundraiser

1. Return to your fundraiser setup in Snap Raise.
2. Paste your Amazon Wish List link into the Wish List field.
   
3. Click Validate Wishlist to confirm that the link is valid.
   • Ensure your List is accessible publicly.
4. Once validated, click Continue.

Launch Your Fundraiser

1. Click Launch Fundraiser to publish your campaign.
   
2. Select View Fundraiser Dashboard to monitor your fundraiser's progress.
   

Share Your Fundraiser

1. From the dashboard, click Share Fundraiser.
   
2. Select Copy Link to copy your fundraiser URL.
3. Share the link with family, friends, and supporters through email, text, or social media.

Do I need a Snap Raise account?

Yes. To run a fundraiser, you will need to create a Snap Raise account and be affiliated with an Organization within our system.

How do I add my Organization to my Snap Raise account?

If you are not yet affiliated with an organization, please fill out this 🔗 form to work directly with our support team to finish getting you set up!

Do I need an Amazon account?

Yes. An Amazon account is required to create and manage your classroom wish list.

Can I update my wish list after launching my fundraiser?

Yes. You can add or remove items from your Amazon Wish List at any time, and supporters will see the updated list.

What happens if my wish list cannot be validated?

Double-check that you copied the correct Amazon Wish List URL and that your list sharing permissions are set properly before trying again.

Where can I track my fundraiser?

You can monitor your campaign's progress at any time from your Fundraiser Dashboard.

How often does the Wish List update? 

Your List will update frequently, so check back in daily to see what has been purchased!
