Deactivating/Reactivating Your Store Through Snap Mobile App

As a group leader, you have to ability to deactivate or reactivate your Team Store through the app as well as through a browser.

How do I disable/deactivate my store through the Snap! Mobile App?

 

1. You will need to log into your Snap! Mobile app using your credentials.

 

2. Once you have signed in, select the "Fundraising" section.

 

3. Select the Fundraiser that you would like to access the store for.

Please note: in order to view the store for that fundraiser, the store must be under your account. 

 

4. You will be brought to your fundraiser dashboard. Select the Applications button on the top left.

 

5. Select the "Store" button.

 

6. All Stores under your group leader account will be listed here. Find the store you would like to deactivate and select the arrow next to Store's name. 

 

7. You will be brought to your store Overview. Select the "Support" button. 

 

8. You will be brought to Support page for this store. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and select the red "Deactivate" button.

 

9. Please provide a reason, if you so wish, as to why you are wanting to deactivate your store and then select the "Deactivate"Button.

 

10. You will receive the following confirmation message that your store is now deactivated.

 

11. Select "Done" at the top right of the page to exit back to the main page. 

 

How do I enable/reactivate my store through the Snap! Mobile App?

 

1. Follow the above steps 1- 7. 

 

2. Scroll to the button of the support page and click "Activate"

 

3. You will receive the following confirmation that the store has been reactivated.
