      How To Activate & Deactivate Your Snap! Store


      Deactivating a Store       - This does not delete a Store and its information. Snap! Mobile will keep the data in case the user has questions or decides to reactivate it.

      How to Deactivate: Log into your Store Dashboard

      1. Select the store you would like to deactivate
      2. From your Store Dashboard, navigate to Support
      3. Scroll down to Danger Zone
      4. Select "Deactivate"
      5. Confirm the Deactivation

      What deactivating a Store Does:

        1. Deactivating a Store makes it inaccessible via the subdomain URL.
        2. This feature is instantaneous. After deactivating the Store, the URL is no longer available.
        3. You as the user can still access the Store Dashboard when the Store is deactivated.

       

      Reactivate a Store - Reactivating a Store can also be done from the Store Dashboard.

        1. This is instantaneous. After you reactivate the Store, the URL is available.
