Gear Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you enjoy your item. All items are made to order, and for that reason items that have been decorated with a logo or customization are not eligible for a return or exchange. Dissatisfaction with the size selected at the time of purchase does not qualify for a return or exchange, however, you're welcome to make a new purchase in the desired size.
If the item you received is incorrect, arrived with a defect in material or decoration, or if you are missing an item, a replacement must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date. Please email support@snapraise.com with details of your purchase and a picture of the product you received so we may help resolve the issue.
