Already registered for Snap! Connect but need help logging in? Follow the steps below.
1. Mobile Phone or Email: To login to your Snap! Connect account you will need to enter the mobile phone number or email address you entered when registering for your account. If you don't remember the email and/or phone number on your account send the following information to Connect.Help@snapraise.com and we will be happy to help you.
• Your First and Last Names
• Your school(s)
• If you are a guardian: All enrolled children's names and birthdates
• If you are a staff member: Your role at your school
2. Password: If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking here.
You will be sent a link to reset your password. Please make sure that your password has at least eight characters including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
If you continue having issues resetting your password, please reach out to your school as any Administrator at your school can reset your password on your behalf.
