How to enable or disable guardian messaging

As an admin for your school group, you are able to toggle various policies applicable to your group. 

 

Follow the steps below to disable the guardian-to-guardian communication policy.

As an admin:

  1. Go to directory
  2. Go to groups
  3. Click on the school group (find the official name of the school in the list) + click the 3 dots, click Group Details
  4. Click Edit at the top
  5. Click Policies + toggle on disable guardian-guardian communication. 
  6. Save and you're all set!
