Congratulations on getting your Snap! Connect account activated!
Follow the steps outlined in each module to begin your onboarding journey. Each step includes clickable links leading you to self-guided tutorials, and you can click Next Module to easily move through the course.
Note: These tutorials will cover our website; however, feel free to download our mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store! You can find resources on navigating Snap! Connect on the mobile app in the Staff Resource Center.
Step 1: Receive an Invitation
Option 1:
✉️ Email invitations—Any Snap! Connect admin with an active account can invite you to Snap! Connect. Work with your admin to have them send you a digital invitation.
Note: Don't forget to check your spam/junk folders!
Option 2:
📄 Printed Invitations—Any Snap! Connect admin with an active account can print your Snap! Connect invitation. Work with your admin to have them print your Snap! Connect invitation.
Step 2: Activate Your Account
After you have your registration code from your invitation, complete the steps below:
✉️ Email Invitation—If you're signing up with an email invitation, follow the on-screen instructions to set up and activate your account.
📄 Printed Invitation—If you got your registration code from a printed invitation, click here to set up and activate your account.
💡 Having trouble accessing your registration code? Please email connect.help@snapraise.com with your full name and school information to request one!
Step 3: Log in to Your Snap! Connect Account
- Go to cloud.schoolcnxt.com. Note: If you’re based in New York, please visit nyc.schoolcnxt.com).
- Type in your login information and click Login.
Step 4: Edit Your Profile
It's best practice to add a profile picture to further engage with your students and their families—click on the self-guided tutorial below to learn how!
Note: To access the walkthroughs, you will need to sign in with your email address; however, you only have to enter it once!
