Promotions in the App

Promotions can be found under App Content > Promotions. To set up a promotion, first you will want to add a playbook. Because playbooks act as a filter for your published promotions, setup is fairly simple. Add a playbook name, set a description, and that's it! You can add an associated team if there is just one.

Back on the Promotions page, click MANAGE TEMPLATES. This is where the actual content creation will occur.

View and Manage User Feedback

To view feedback, click "Operations" from the sidebar navigation and then "App Feedback". All feedback that is sent in will be internal, and won't be visible inside the app. Feedback can vary anywhere from the user's experience on the app to gameday experience or even general thoughts on the team's performance.

Feedback Configuration

On this page, you can set up and configure the different feedback subject lines that'll be present inside the app. You can drag and drop the subject lines to display in a certain order for users as well.

  • By entering a team member's email in this Assigned To section, they will then receive all feedback messages sent in using this subject line. This is useful when you have a team member who will be working closely with and handling this type of feedback.

  • By checking the Include Diagnostic Logs box, anytime this feedback is sent in, it will generate a diagnostic report for Snap! Mobile support to track down any issues. This is useful with subject lines like "Report an App Issue".

Be sure to save any changes you make before exiting this section!
