Program Admin Dashboard & Overview

We’ve made some exciting updates to the Spend Dashboard and Program Admin view to make it more intuitive, streamlined, and actionable for administrators.

These updates are designed to help you manage your funds more efficiently and get a clearer picture of your program activity — all in one place.

Quick-Action Buttons

No more digging through menus. You can now take action right from the dashboard with these new buttons:

  • Transfer Funds – Move money between accounts or programs with a single click.

  • Send ACH Payments – Quickly initiate ACH transfers.

  • Send Checks – Mail checks directly from your dashboard.

These shortcuts are designed to save time and reduce friction for common finance tasks.

💳 All Debit Cards in One View

See all organization-issued debit cards and their statuses in one centralized table.

This makes it easier to:

  • Track card usage

  • Monitor card status

  • Identify and manage any issues quickly

📊 New Program Overview Chart

We’ve added a dynamic chart to help you understand the status of your program funds at a glance:

  • Paid

  • Processing

  • Upcoming

  • Past Due

  • Credited

This gives you a high-level view of where your money is and what actions might be needed — without digging into reports.

You can view a larger image of this charge by going to the Program tab. There will be a separate tab labeled "Program Pie Chart". Only Program Staff and Admins can view this.

To view the chart more in-depth, you will want to utilize the Reporting tab and filter for the desired view. Click here for more information on the Reporting tab.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent Sign-Up Chart (New!)

We’ve replaced the old Group Assistant Invites chart with a more impactful metric: the Parent Sign-Up chart.

This helps you monitor parent participation in scheduled payments, giving you:

  • Visibility into who’s signed up

  • Insight into group engagement

  • A stronger understanding of potential follow-up needs
