      Add Tournaments, Invites, Triangular, and Quads

      Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

       

      Note: Anything you add in the description box will post to your website next to the event. 

      Tournaments and Invites

      1. Log in to AD Assist.
      2. Navigate to Maintenance on the left side navigation menu.
      3. Click the Opponents tab on top navigation menu.
      4. Click Add Opponent.
      5. Enter the opponent as the tournament or invite e.g. Bolingbrook Invite or Regional Tournament.
      6. Create or edit your tournament or invite event.
      7. Save the event.
      8. Click the Teams tab at the bottom of the screen.
      9. Add the teams that are competing in the tournament or invite.
      10. In the Description box enter the name of the Opponent you will be playing on a specific day.

      Notes: If it is a true invitational where you are competing against all of the schools at the same time you would leave the Description box blank. If it's a tournament that goes on for several days, copy the vent to the other days and then add the Opponent in the description box for each specific day.

      Quad and Triangular

      1. Log in to AD Assist.
      2. Navigate to Maintenance on the left-side navigation menu.
      3. Click the Opponents tab from the top navigation menu.
      4. Click Add Opponent.
      5. Enter the opponent as the quad or triangular e.g. York Quad or Leyden Triangular.
      6. Save the event.
      7. Click the Teams tab at the bottom of the screen.
      8. Add the teams that are competing in the quad or triangular.
      9. In the description box of your event add the teams you will be competing against.
