Add Workers and Officials to Events

After workers and/or officials have been added to the Maintenance section in AD Assist you can begin adding them to events. Workers will receive notification changes and reminders 48 and 24 hours in advance of an event via email. You can also assign worker duties to each worker but duties will need to first be entered in Maintenance. 

Adding Workers or Officials

  1. Log in to AD Assist.
  2. Select the Events tab on the left side navigation menu.
  3. Select the event you would like to add workers and/or officials to.
  4. At the bottom of your Event Details screen are tabs.
  5. Select the Workers or Officials tab.
  6. Select the 🔹blue + Add New Worker or + Add New Official button.
  7. Under the Name column select the name of the official or worker you would like to add.
  8. Optional: select the duty assigned to that worker or official in the Duty column.
  9. The salary and type will populate based on the information you entered in your Maintenance section. 
  10. Optional: Enter an Arrival Time, Start Time, and End Time.
  11. Optional: You can mark the worker as paid or not paid.
  12. Optional: You can enter a Pay Code for the worker.
  13. Click the 🔹blue save button on the right in the line you are working on.

Adding Duties for Workers in Maintenance

  1. Select the Maintenance tab from the left-side navigation menu.
  2. Select the Workers tab from the top navigation menu.
  3. Select the Duties tab.
  4. Click the 🔹blue + Add Worker Duty button.
  5. Enter the name of the duty in the blank box (i.e. scorebook, scorer, shot clock, security).
  6. Click the 🔹blue Save button to the right in the line you are working in.
