Admin Guide to Ordering Snap! Spend Debit Cards

 

Having a Snap! Spend debit card is a great way to pay for external things such as team meals and tournaments, all while keeping your spending transparent! 

 

Ordering Debit Cards

Each group can have up to three debit cards assigned to Group Staff. Only Program Admins can assign debit cards. 

 

To order a Snap! Spend Program debit card: 

1. Navigate to the Program tab. 

2. Click on Program Debit Cards. 

3. Click the blue Order Debit Card button on the right-hand side of the screen. 

4. Select your cardholder, enter the relevant information, and click the blue Order Card button at the bottom. 

 

 

To order a Snap! Spend Group Staff debit card: 

1. Navigate to the Group tab and select your desired group. 

2. Click Debit Cards. 

3. Click the blue Order Debit Card button on the right-hand side of the screen. 

4. Select your cardholder, enter the relevant information, and click the blue Order Card button at the bottom.

If you don't see a Group Staff member in the drop-down menu,  please reach out to us at spend.support@onsnap.com to check on the status of the account. 

 

Receiving Snap! Spend Debit Cards

Debit cards can take 5-10 business days to be printed and delivered. Debit cards can be delivered to the program address and distributed to your Group Staff, or you can enter the address of the Group Staff Member you're ordering the debit card for.

Our debit cards are shipped by USPS mail service and currently, we do not have tracking on the debit cards, so if it has been longer than 20 business days and the card has not been received, please reach out to us at spend.support@onsnap.com .

 

Debit Card Spending Limits

Snap! Spend debit cards have a default spending limit of $10,000. At this time, Snap! Spend debit card limits are static. 

 

International Usage

Snap! Spend debit cards can be used internationally in most countries. The list of countries in which a card cannot be used is as follows:

 

United Arab Emirates, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Estonia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Malta, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, or Zimbabwe.

 

 

Accessing an ATM

You can use any ATM that services Visa to withdraw cash, but please note that fees will vary depending on the ATM provider. However, as a Snap! Spend cardholder, you have free access to over 80,000 ATMs to withdraw cash or check your balance! 

 

 

All Allpoint locations have a $400 withdrawal limit. However, you can make multiple transactions in a row if needed. Please keep in mind that most debit cards have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of $500.
