Approve Physical Uploads in Registration

Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

 

When a parent/guardian has uploaded a physical an administrator of Registration will need to approve the physical. Entering a physical date in the physical date box will approve a physical.

Reminder: The physical feature must be enabled by Snap! Manage Support for parents to be able to upload physicals.

Follow the steps below to learn how to approve physical uploads.

  1. If you have physicals uploaded by parents that need to be approved, you will see the Action Center in the upper right-hand corner of the Home screen. If the Action Center does not appear there are no physicals needing admin attention.

  2. Click the 🔹 Review All Physical Exam Forms.
  3. The Admin Dashboard screen for Physical Uploads will show all students with an uploaded physical that needs to be approved. View the physical and then click Approve or Deny depending on the situation.

  4. If the physical is complete, click the 🔹Approve button and add the physical date. Approved physicals will remove the student from the dashboard.

  5. If the physical is incomplete, click the red🔺button to decline and add a message to the parent regarding what is missing. Declined physicals will be moved to the Declined tab on the dashboard.
