Changing Your Payment Method

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Once you're signed in, you should be on your Dashboard.
  3. Tap Payment Methods on the bottom menu bar. 
  4. Delete your current payment method. 
  5. Tap the blue circle in the bottom left corner.
  6. Tap Change Payment Method, and then click the drop-down menu to select your payment method (either card or bank).

     5. Follow the on-screen prompts to add and submit your new payment information. 

 

Note: You can only change your payment method if you have upcoming payments. 

Note: You can only change your payment method if it's not already tied to an upcoming payment. If it is, please make sure to stop payment on those invoices.
