Managing your transportation is so easy! Just make sure to add your vehicle types in the maintenance section then you can add specific vehicle types to your events and games.
Vehicles
- Navigate to Maintenance.
- Click Vehicle Types.
- Click the 🔹blue Add Vehicle Type button and enter the name of your vehicle.
- Tap the enter/return key on your keyboard to save.
- Your vehicle will populate as a selection when you create an event.
Add transportation to an event
After you have added all the transportation vehicles you use you can easily assign those vehicles to specific events/games.
- Navigate to your specific event.
- Check the transportation box in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Click Save and a new set of tabs will populate in your event details screen.
- Click the Transportation Details tab.
- Start entering all your transportation information.
- Click the 🔹blue + Add Transport button to select your transportation vehicle from a drop box. Note: You can also add new vehicles to select from by clicking the blue + Add button.
- Click the 🔹blue Save All Transportation Details button when finished.
